For countries not covered by EMS, we ship via Registered Air Mail (RMS). It usually takes us 24-48 hours to ship the order. Orders are shipped on weekdays. The packages need to be signed for, so please ensure the correct name on the shipping address. Our packaging is discreet and doesn’t mention the contents anywhere. If your address is a PO Box, you’ll be asked to collect it from your local post office.

We send out an email notification with tracking details when your order ships. You can click on the tracking link in the email to check the tracking status of your order anytime. We monitor all packages and will send you an email in case of shipping exceptions (collect from the post office, undeliverable address or anything else). Please ensure our emails are not ending up in your spam folder. For RMS orders it’s perfectly normal for you to not see a tracking update for 1-2 weeks, this is due to customs delays. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this, please be patient your order will be delivered in the timeframe we promised or we will reship your order for free!
